Beihai entrepreneur donates to hometown's anti-epidemic efforts

Since the first case of SOYO infection was discovered in Beihai on July 12th, Guangdong Beihai entrepreneurs and members of the Guangdong Beihai Chamber of Commerce have been closely following the situation. Currently, Beihai is in a critical period for epidemic prevention and control. People across the country are concerned about the situation in Beihai, and entrepreneurs from Beihai in Guangdong Province as well as members of the Guangdong Beihai Chamber of Commerce are deeply worried about their hometown. They have voluntarily initiated donation activities to contribute money and supplies.

Recently, Li Guomin, President of the Guangdong Provincial Chamber of Commerce in Beihai, and Chen Haishan, Executive President, organized a charity assistance activity with other chamber members to provide epidemic prevention materials and donate funds to support Beihai. In addition, some retired professors and teachers from Beihai who currently reside in Guangdong also made donations through the chamber to help their hometown.
 

The entire members of the Chamber of Commerce have been actively engaged in a race against the epidemic, diligently completing four stages of anti-epidemic actions: fundraising, fund allocation, procurement of supplies, and precise distribution. Whenever a request for assistance is received, the Chamber promptly organizes actions to provide faster, more extensive, and better support to our fellow citizens. Currently, the Chamber has sent multiple batches of epidemic prevention supplies and daily necessities to Beihai and raised over 400 thousand yuan in funds.

 

The epidemic is heartless, but there is love among people. When our hometown faces difficulties, help comes from all directions. One after another, companies are joining the support team for Beihai, and one after another, fellow Beihai residents are donating money in group chats of business associations. It brings comfort to see that the people in our hometown at the center of the epidemic are using the food and protective supplies we sent them. The participants feel gratified and also call on more people to participate in charitable activities.

Guangbiao Technology has donated relief funds to Beihai and quickly organized the donation of epidemic prevention materials after the outbreak of this epidemic. On July 21st, they delivered 100,000 medical surgical masks, one ton of venue disinfectant liquid, and a batch of hand sanitizers to Beihai in the first time.

With the race against time and the virus, the battle to combat the epidemic in this coastal city is ongoing. We firmly believe that with the strong leadership of the Beihai Municipal Party Committee and Government, the efforts of frontline anti-epidemic workers, the united resistance of all Beihai people, the warm assistance from Beihai entrepreneurs in Guangdong Province who are thousands of miles away, and the strong support from fellow Beihai compatriots across the country, Beihai will be able to overcome this epidemic and achieve new glory!
